What do I need to make this low-carb tropical smoothie?

You will need a blender and the ingredients listed below

  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk.
  • ¼ cup of strawberries
  • ¼ cup of blueberry
  • 1 tablespoon of MCT oil or Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon of pineapple extract

Other optional ingredients you can add to this keto tropical smoothie

  • Avocado– This will give your smoothie that creamy taste and perfect if you are following a vegan diet
  • Double cream plain yogurt – This will also give your smoothie a creamy taste however try to avoid adding both avocado and yogurt if you are tracking your macros.
  • Protein powder – This is perfect for when you are working out and you would like to replenish some muscle mass and of course to give your low-carb tropical smoothie volume.
