What do I need to make this low-carb tropical smoothie?
You will need a blender and the ingredients listed below
- 1 cup unsweetened almond milk or coconut milk.
- ¼ cup of strawberries
- ¼ cup of blueberry
- 1 tablespoon of MCT oil or Olive oil
- 1 teaspoon of pineapple extract
Other optional ingredients you can add to this keto tropical smoothie
- Avocado– This will give your smoothie that creamy taste and perfect if you are following a vegan diet
- Double cream plain yogurt – This will also give your smoothie a creamy taste however try to avoid adding both avocado and yogurt if you are tracking your macros.
