Step by step guide on how to cook corn kernels in the air fryer
1 Get your corn kernels from the corn on the cob or use frozen corn kernels, in a bowl.
2 Add a tablespoon of olive oil and mix well to coat the corn kernels.
3 Add a teaspoon of paprika, a teaspoon of fresh chopped parsley, and a tablespoon of cornstarch or cornflour to seal it with crispiness.
4 Give it a good mix then transfer it into your air fryer pan. If you don’t have it you can use a heavy-duty foil, shape it into a shape that will fit into your air fryer basket.
5 Air fry for 8 to 10 minutes at 200°C. Halfway through the cooking time shake the basket or use a fork to stir the kernels.
