1 Ib steak
1 Yellow pepper
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
1 onion
Seasoning (paprika, turmeric, onion powder, garlic powder, and salt ).

How to cook beef fajitas in an air fryer?

1 Cut your steak into strips and your vegetables.

2 Preheat the air fryer for 5 minutes at 200C.
3 Put them in a large bowl and season with your dry seasoning.
4 In your air fryer basket, line it up with heavy-duty foil or use a pan if you have one. Firstly lay your veggies then the beef strips on top of the veggies. The foil or the pan is to keep the juices of the beef for serving on warm tortillas.

5 Cook for 10 minutes at 200 C then stir using a fork to bring up the veggies. Cook for an additional 5 minutes and see if the beef has nicely browned and your veggies are soft but not burnt or dry. If it hasn’t reached this stage then you can cook for additional 5 minutes but check on it every 2 minutes or so for doneness.
6 Serve on warm tortillas.
